For mothers of infants, babies and toddlers 0-2 years old
Giving birth and welcoming a baby can be marked by feelings of joy, but can also be overwhelming. Stress and isolation may be intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic. This support group will be a safe space for mothers to share their authentic experiences while creating community with other post-partum moms. The program will be facilitated by licensed marriage and family therapist, Roya Oakley, who specializes in healthy relationships between young children and their adult caregivers. This support group is in English.
